Your full fare will be quoted before confirming your reservation or payment is made.
Our signature pricing is an average of:
$4.00 per mile pick-up to drop-off with a $50 local or $100 out of Kootenai County minimum
+ standby time $50 - $200 per hour
Your journey is uniquely yours. Rather than one-size-fits-all, our pricing reflects distance, time, and the personalized touches you choose. Complete quotes are given before your reservation is booked. No hidden costs of taxes and processing fees when you go to pay. Add-ons made after you book will be allowed upon availability, and new totals will always be given
As an example, our most popular service is a private, no-stop transfer between
Spokane International Airport (GEG) and Coeur d’Alene/Hayden, Idaho during regular business hours will typically run $120-150 + optional driver gratuity. Either complete payment or a $50 non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your reservation.
Every vehicle in our fleet meets our Signature-Level standards: clean, smoke-free, leather interior and professionally maintained.
Most feature sleek black exteriors, with a mix of standard, XL & XXL options -- our largest capacity option rides up to 7 passengers plus 1 driver and plenty cargo space, however we can book your larger groups with multiple cars and also have great referrals to companies with larger capacities per vehicle until we grow our fleet to accommodate it ourselves. We do not charge per person, as we do not combine your ride with another party unless you organize it with them personally - all rides are private.
Additional considerations:

Extended trips requiring a second driver or long distance pickups for a short trip may incur an additional charge.

Airport guest retrievals often include the option for you to ride along so you may greet your guest curbside

Trinity Chauffeur Experience guarantees you to ride in a premium-style, brand-new, full size, black-on-black SUV & Chauffeur driver please see section under Extra Fees
Each ride is tailored to your destination, schedule, and preferences.
Estimates are calculated using real-time Google Maps data and fastest, most fuel-efficient routes unless otherwise specified at booking.

Note:
During your paid stand-by time, we are full service only which means you may leave any belongings in the vehicle and nobody except our staff will be allowed in the vehicle during your event for added security, and you will have a dedicated vehicle & driver on standby and may return earlier than expected if you desire, however your fare will still reflect scheduled reservation time and mileage. Pricing may vary slightly based on route, extra stops, weather, and exact pickup/drop-off location at the time of your quote. You'll always receive a custom quote before confirming your ride.
All services we provide do not include the optional gratuity to your driver but are always greatly appreciated.
Concierge Services
All concierge services are also priced using the same formula as transportation

From running errands like dry-cleaning or grocery shopping, picking up & delivering an urgent package or flowers, or other light-duty personal services, the clock starts when we leave the home base garage and stops when we return.

Extra Fees
We keep it honest, but in rare or special cases, additional costs may apply per vehicle:

After Hours or Holiday Service: +$20 (applies to pickups between M--Sat 9 PM – 6 AM, all day Sundays and major Holidays

Last-Minute Reservations (under 12 hours' notice): +$20

Standby time may vary per package which will give you a full-service dedicated car & driver for the duration of event $50-$200/hr
